He chose a location in the center of the city, in one of its most beautiful areas and on the main streets. The center is located on two main streets, King Abdulaziz Road in the west and King Fahd Road in the south, with ample space.

The King Khalid Cultural Center includes many facilities such as an indoor theater, an outdoor theater (Roman Theater), a main reception hall, a dining room, an equipment hall, warehouses, a meeting hall, and a garden for families.
